Disciplinary Measure Against Judges

This research report has analyzed the challenges facing the judicial system in Kosovo and the law on disciplinary responsibility of judges, focusing on the practices of resolving disciplinary cases. The report also evaluates the work of the Kosovo Judicial Council in this regard, the measures taken against judges, and the impact of these decisions on their performance for the period 2020-2022.

The research report was conducted under the project "Citizens for Justice for Women in the Judicial System", supported by the Kosovo Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) program "EJA Kosovo", co-financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Sweden, and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
